The successful candidate will
• Supervision and Safety: Ensure children are supervised at all times, maintaining a safe environment in line with safeguarding protocols and health and safety regulations.
• Play Facilitation: Organize and lead a variety of age-appropriate play activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and games, to promote social interaction, creativity, and physical development.
• Child Development Support: Observe and support children's individual developmental needs, providing guidance and encouragement to foster confidence and independence.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and school staff to share information about children's progress and any concerns.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with record-keeping, attendance logs, and other administrative tasks as required.
