Full Job Description
We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Plasterer (Multi-skilled) in the Responsive Repairs team. The team is responsible for delivering repairs and maintenance across properties all over the North East., We are looking for a Multi-skilled Plasterer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement. The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
You should have completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plastering works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to fully plastered out properties. You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and have experience and practical knowledge of multi-skilled works in other trades such as Tiling. Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety. A full UK driving license is essential.
