Full Job Description
- Completing and submitting planning applications
- Undertaking checks on land permissions
- Producing planning applications for new sites or development on existing sites
- Liaising with local authorities with regards to planning permissions.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Producing presentations for meetings
- Working closely with the CEO and the Planning Director
- Producing correspondence on behalf of the Planning Director
- General administration
The ideal candidate will have previous planning administrative experience, be able to multi-task and willing to learn all aspects of the role. We are seeking someone who can work independently and work well in a team in a busy fast paced environment., To be able to work under pressure and plan and prioritise workload without compromising high level of accuracy required. - Excellent literacy skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including members of the Board and Local Authorities.
- Full UK Driving License required.
- Must have good computer skills.
