Full Job Description

You will be reporting into the Planning & Performance Manager, assisting in the forecasting/planning for our Liverpool site. This role would be ideal for someone who proficient in Excel, numbers focused and who wants a career within supply chain. The key accountabilities of the role will include:

  • Monitor and ensure accurate reporting of KPI data
  • Liaison with the operational team to develop and deliver plans for recruitment
  • Monitoring planned vs. actual volumes, analysing variance and cost implications
  • Identification of recurring issues that raise cost and reduce performance
  • Management of shift patterns and rotas, displaying cost-effective planning
  • Working with on-site agency teams, forward planning labour requirements and managing weekly meetings

    Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, verbal and written.
  • Highly organised, results driven and commercially minded
  • Able to work accurately, managing tight timescales & demonstrating attention to detail
  • WMS system use would be an advantage
