Pilates Instructor

We're looking for someone who can create a calm, supportive environment while delivering high-quality, engaging classes. At The Space Health & Fitness, we're building more than just a gym-we're creating a welcoming community where members feel supported on their wellbeing journey. About the role As a Pilates Instructor, you'll deliver safe, effective and inclusive classes that support mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. You'll play a key role in helping members move better, prevent injury and feel their best. What you'll be doing

• Delivering high-quality Pilates classes for a range of abilities
• Creating a welcoming, supportive and inclusive class environment
• Supporting members with technique, posture and progression
• Ensuring a safe and professional studio environment
• Helping grow participation and engagement within the class programme
  
  A recognised Pilates qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience delivering group exercise classes (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of movement, posture and core stability
• A calm, approachable and supportive teaching style
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing
