• Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
• Providing hands-on therapy and exercises to help patients achieve their goals
• Educating patients on self-management techniques and exercises
• Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans as needed
