Physical Health Nurse Associate to complete annual physical health reviews including ECG and phlebotomy. Provide Health promotion and Liaise with agencies to improve the overall Health of those with a first episode of Psychosis., Physical health reviews- ECG, phlebotomy, BMI, physical observations and lifestyle assessment.
