What you would be doing… Supporting with all daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation & household tasks as well as supporting with community activities J enjoys.
You will need to supply your own food and bedding for sleeping.
About the Direct Payment Holder We are looking for a caring and empathetic person to join our small team of dedicated support workers to support and assist a 37 year old, non-verbal, autistic male with epilepsy, in daily routines and household tasks to enable him to live independently and access the community., Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Fluent English (spoken) - essential
UK driving licence (manual car) - essential
J benefits from a smoke free environment, smoking is not permitted at any time while on shift.
Confidence in the kitchen with the ability to prepare meals using fresh ingredients. - essential
Ability to swim - essential.
Ability to work independently and amuse oneself without conversation
Ability to identify and pursue activities independently when not engaged in structured tasks.

Hours and rate of pay hours 2 potential shifts available as follows - note there is a requirement to work one weekend in four.
30 waking hours per week @ £14.00 per hour+ 2 sleep in £40.00 per night.

15 waking hours per week @ £14.00 per hour + 1 sleep in £ 40.00 per night.
