Personal Assistant

The supported person is a teenage girl. She suffers from severe anxiety and has struggled to access school and the community. We are looking for a companion who can do things with her and help her to be able to do things both at home and in the community.

Disabilities: Autism; PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance); Anxiety; Selective Mutism; ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

Hobbies and Interests: Arts and Crafts; Active Pursuits; Playing with her dog

· Support Sammie with what she wants to do, whether staying in or going out.

· Staying in - Arts & crafts; Xbox games; gardening; sorting bedroom; writing her story on her laptop; researching things on the internet.

· Going out - Going out for drives; walking the dog; going to the shops; going to museums and cultural sites; going to sports/leisure activities such as rock climbing, swimming, running, bike riding, ice skating, etc; Going for a picnic.
