PCN Manager

Ensure all the PCN team members receive meaningful and regular 1:1s, appraisals, Personal Development Plans and that they are supported with any directed learning. Develop and maintain an effective induction and learning process. Establish appropriate team meetings, with a frequency appropriate to the team. Responsible for oversight of the PCN's budget, income and expenditure and to develop a clear understanding of income streams and planned spend, highlighting risks and issues to the PCN Board for decision and action. Responsible for the preparation of financial forecasts, quarterly updates, preparing business cases and bids as required. Take lead responsibility for effective use of the PCN's Xero accounting software for clear audit trail and financial governance purposes. Working with the PCN Board colleagues to ensure bank transactions are accurate and paid in a timely manner. Ensure clear, regular financial reporting, working closely with our accounts as appropriate. Act as the
initial point of contact for our accounting service, providing required information including for year-end accounts. Responsible for the payroll function, including verifying monthly payroll information.
