Full Job Description

  • Communicating effectively, positively and professionally with our prospects and customers to help them make an informed decision about having a clinical consultation with a view to having a procedure at our hospital
  • Collating and preparing patient case-notes ready for the pre assessment nursing team
  • Maintaining departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately in line with GDPR
  • Ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the hospital
  • Providing information to patients, consultants and other relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner

    Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
  • Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and energetic professional
