The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Southern Italian culinary traditions, using fresh ingredients and classic cooking techniques to deliver exceptional flavours and presentation.,
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Neapolitan pasta dishes.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining authenticity, taste, and presentation.
- Develop and contribute to menu creation with seasonal ingredients and regional Italian influences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
