Parking Operations Administrator/Notice Processor
Starting salary between £23658 and £25471 per annum
Based at King's Court Offices and St James Multi-Storey Car Park, King's Lynn
If you are an organised and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Parking Operations team.
This role is full time 37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday - Sundays on a rota basis which will also include bank holiday and evening working.
You will play a vital role in processing Penalty Charge Notices and Resident Parking permits. You will also monitor and maintain the security and efficient operation of our multi-storey car park and offices and provide advice to members of the public.
You will need previous office experience and strong IT skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work accurately under pressure. An adaptable approach to duties and working hours is essential.
