Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated FCP Paramedic who has completed their FCP portfolio or postgraduate FCP MSc qualification, to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will work at the forefront of primary care, providing high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, particularly in the areas of minor illness and urgent care.,

  • Manage patients with a range of conditions, providing expert assessment and clinical decision-making
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, including home visits where appropriate
  • Support management of long-term conditions and contribute to preventative care
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside GPs, ANPs, Podiatrists, Physios, Social Prescribers and Clinical Pharmacists
  • Participate in clinical supervision, MDT meetings and ongoing professional development

    As an FCP Paramedic, you will work independently and collaboratively within our MDT across our GP practices, contributing to enhanced access, reducing pressure on GP appointments, and improving patient outcomes.
