Full Job Description

ROLE: Painter / Decorator HOURS: 36 hrs/week LOCATION: London At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day. We're looking for a Painter/Decorator (Handyperson) who will support multiple Mitie client sites by delivering high-quality painting, decorating, and general building maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner. Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
  • Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken
  • Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery
  • Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments
  • Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
