  Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Prepper in an automotive repair environment
• Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques
• Exellent Paint mixing and matching skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Own Spray guns and Air fed mask
