Pilgrim's Europe are looking for: Packing Operatives Grade A to Join us - in Windmill lane site in "Southall"

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a leading food manufacturing company? Pilgrim's Europe is looking for motivated Packing operative to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £500 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working 14.00pm-22.00pm working 5 days out of 7 shift pattern, giving you more time for yourself.

Job role:

To produce excellent results by following standard work, converting work materials into finished goods, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area. Have a key focus on colleague safety and product quality.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient written, numerical and verbal skills
• Fluency of English language (Oral and Written)
• Experience in working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or any Food Manufacturing.
• Technical Ability to complete required standard work at full line speed.
