Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient depot operations, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and upholding the highest standards of compliance and safety. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage depot staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance.

Compliance & Administration: Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures and regulations. Manage administrative duties including wages, PODs, and documentation.

Performance Reporting: Generate KPIs for customers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

On-Call Support: Provide support outside of regular hours.

Resource Planning: Occasionally assist with resource planning to meet the operational demands.

Previous experience in a management role, ideally within the transport industry.

A valid international CPC qualification is required.

Strong knowledge of operational procedures and compliance regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexibly, adapting to changing operational needs.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to meet operational demands.
