Operations Co-ordinator

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of healthcare services across Hampshire. Youll play a key part in ensuring our clinics and services run smoothly by coordinating appointments, supporting patients and practices, managing rotas and clinical systems, and providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team., What Youll Be Doing Youll support the day-to-day operational delivery of services by: -

• Managing patient bookings and clinic appointments.
• Acting as a key contact for patients, GP practices, and clinicians.
• Supporting rota coordination and staffing administration.
• Monitoring inboxes, referrals, and clinical administration systems.
• Using EMIS and other digital systems to support service delivery.
• Assisting with clinic changes, cancellations, and patient communications.
• Supporting stock management and wider operational tasks.
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive Operations Team.

• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience.
• Experience using EMIS clinical system.
Desirable
