Full Job Description
We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team based in St Neots, Cambridge. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of operations, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference. At Kier, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone is empowered to achieve their career goals, and we value the skills and creativity our people bring every day., As an Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth project administration, providing support to the Senior Office Manager and the wider administrative team to help deliver efficient project operations.
Your day to day will include:
-Processing materials, overheads and plant orders as required
-Providing administrative support across all project areas, including managing office consumables and services
-Maintaining compliance with client procurement processes and budgets
-Resolving invoice holds by liaising with site teams and accounts payable
-Conducting internal cost control checks and preparing ad-hoc supplier payment requests
Have experience working at a senior administrative level
-Feel confident using Microsoft Office and computerised accounting systems
-Are able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
-Enjoy collaborating as part of a supportive team
-Take a proactive approach and can manage multiple priorities effectively, Disability Confident

Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £30,000 - £34,000 per year + excellent benefits
