Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time Office Administrator to join our friendly team in Byfleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our electrical services business.

Responsibilities include processing the engineers' job sheets, scheduling the engineers' diaries, recording timesheets, ordering equipment, raising and issuing invoices as well as manning the phone and email. You will also be assisting the Director with any ad hoc tasks.

- Perform admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilize MS Office Suite
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with invoicing and quotes
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support staff with general administrative tasks

Experience with MS Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate records
