Full Job Description
SES Environmental are seeking a part time Office Assistant for our office based in Eling Wharf, Totton, Southampton.
The role would include the following:-
Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence.
Scheduling client appointments and liasing with engineers.
Preparing quotes, repors , basic bookkeeping i.e, invoicing/purchase orders.
Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases.
Contacting suppliers for quotes and ordering parts.
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
Hours 18-21 hours per week ideally Monday/Wednesday/Friday - however there is flexibility with regards to hours (could accommodate school hours)
Own transport desirable due to location of office.
Competitive salary offered based on experience and skill set -28 days holiday (pro-rata)
