Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to support the NWL Health and Wellbeing Temperature Check Programme through practice and PCN engagement. This role will be on a 4 month secondment for 1 day per week. There is also an additional payment on successful attainment of target sign ups. What We Offer

- Exposure to programme delivery and workforce wellbeing initiatives, This role focuses on building relationships with GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to generate interest in the programme and expand participation across NWL. The successful candidate will help promote the offer, support workforce wellbeing initiatives, and contribute to achieving programme engagement targets.
This opportunity would suit someone who is target-driven, confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and interested in expanding their knowledge of NWL systems and workforce wellbeing initiatives
