Full Job Description
Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.
A full and relevant Early Years qualification - Level 3 or above
An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid

Salary up to £33,114 per annum
Team Leader (Full Time)

From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you're confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high-quality environment for every child.
