Full Job Description
- To play a key role in implementing the vision and ethos of the nursery
- Manage delegated aspects of the nursery's activities in accordance with policies and practice
- To be responsible for the supervision and management of staff in the room
- Ensure children's files are kept up to date and regular reports are completed
- To work in partnership with parents, and actively involve them in all aspects of their children's care and learning
A recognized qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare Level 3 - Previous experience as a Room Leader in a nursery or an Early Years setting in the UK
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK at the time of the application.
