As a Night Manager, you'll guide and support our night colleagues to deliver high merchandising standards, customer service, and operational excellence-keeping everything running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the night team through effective planning, communication and on-shift coaching Deliver brilliant basics in stock availability, shelf-edge standards, gap management and replenishment Respond to incidents promptly, ensuring colleague safety and store security Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers, and performance feedback Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance You'll Bring Supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations Strong leadership presence-calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk
awareness, and operational routines
