Night Manager

Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home, a welcoming 59-bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care. As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.
You will receive a thorough induction along with ongoing online and face-to-face training to support your development. About the Night Manager role;
+ Pay of £36,592.00 Per Annum
+ 40 hours a week
+ Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
+ Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
+ Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
+ Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately.
+ Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.

+ Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential)
+ NVQ 3 in Direct Care is (essential)
+ Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
+ Own car required and business miles paid
+ Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
+ Positive and caring attitude (essential)
