We're expanding our inhouse trade team and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Operative to join our Property Services Team, working across our Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance service. You'll play a key role in getting our homes in North Yorkshire - particularly around the Leeds and York area - ready for customers and ensuring they're safe, secure, and finished to a high standard., You'll bring proven experience in two or more core trades - such as joinery, plumbing or plastering - backed by a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent experience. You take pride in doing the job well and have the technical skills and confidence to complete all aspects of multiâ€'trade work to a professional standard. You'll have:
• Strong practical skills across at least two trades
