Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative

Cranswick Farming Division are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and small project work across multiple sites in the Elsham area and surrounding locations south of the Humber.,

• Providing general maintenance support across multiple sites
• Carrying out repairs and small project works as required
• Metal work including welding and fabrication
• Concrete work and block laying
• Water pipe repairs and new installations/replacements
• Identifying issues and resolving them efficiently with minimal supervision
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
  
  This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone practical, reliable, and able to work independently. The position involves both reactive maintenance and planned project work, making it ideal for someone with a broad skillset across multiple trades., Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or similar role
• Practical skills across a range of trades (e.g. building, plumbing, fabrication)
• Welding experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across different sites
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and flexible approach
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
