Full Job Description
- Act as the site technical services lead, ensuring compliance with all legislative, client and CBRE health, safety and environmental requirements
- Manage and coordinate all planned, reactive and corrective maintenance activities
- Lead and develop an on-site technical team, maximising self-delivery of works
- Manage specialist subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to standard
- Champion Maintenance Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support budget management in line with contract and service line requirements
- Provide technical solutions and prepare quotations for small project works
- Identify and support opportunities for additional services and increased scope
- Provide technical support across a wide range of industrial technical services
- Carry out hands-on maintenance activities when required (e.g. emergency response or cover)
An engineering or technical background with strong hands-on experience - Proven experience supervising technical or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of EHS requirements and safe systems of work
- Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to estimate labour, materials, and skills required for maintenance works
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competence reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Experience using work order systems and maintenance planning processes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead by example
