Full Job Description

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of mental health practitioners within educational settings.Coordinate and support the delivery of a range of Whole School Approach activities within education settings.Develop and implement mental health programs and interventions tailored to the unique needs of students and educational staff.Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, leadership teams and parents / carers to create a supportive and inclusive mental health framework.Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health and education.Offer training and professional development to education staff

The successful candidate must be a team player, with excellent management and leadership skills. They should be able to support teams of individuals working in early intervention service delivering emotional and mental health support. This will include Child Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and MSHT for Hull
