Desira Group Plc is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across our growing dealership network with 10 Locations and Sixteen Automotive brands. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth within a respected automotive group. About the Role As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support vehicle sales, aftersales performance, and brand development across the group. You'll work closely with dealership teams, manufacturer partners, and external agencies to create innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels while ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.,
- Develop and Deliver strategic marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage Social Media, Email Marketing, SEO, PPC, website content, and promotional activity
- Support dealership events, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insight-driven recommendations
- Manage relationships with manufacturer partners and marketing suppliers
- Oversee content creation including photography, video, and written campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
- Manage marketing budgets and maximise return on investment
- Support customer retention and CRM marketing initiatives
Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role - Strong digital marketing knowledge including Google Ads, social media, SEO, and analytics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
- CIM qualification or marketing degree preferred
- Driving Licence Essential
