Machine Minder

As a Machine Minder you'll be undertaking machine interventions and first line trouble shooting to ensure machinery is running smoothly. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

• Performing start up and close down procedures.
• Minimising downtime of equipment through the correct start up and change over of lines.
• Reporting live data to Engineering and Production teams.
• Helping identify and implementing workplace improvements.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
• Carrying out Production Operative duties when required to keep the line running efficiently.
  
  A good understanding of English and numeracy skills.
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Working Hours There are 2 shifts available. Tuesday - Saturday 09:30 - 18:30 Tuesday - Saturday 07:00 - 16:00
