What You'll Be Doing Marketing available properties to prospective tenants and landlords. Speaking with clients and understanding their property requirements. Booking appointments and consultations with potential clients. Conducting free property consultations and advising clients on their options. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Following up on enquiries and generating new business opportunities. Working closely with an experienced team to achieve results.

Excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Confidence when speaking with clients. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. An interest in property, sales, and customer service. Previous experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.

This is a commission-based position with realistic earnings of £3,000-£6,000+ per month, depending on performance. There is no cap on earnings, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated by results and personal growth.
