Leisure Club Supervisor

This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic hotel team as Leisure Club Supervisor at Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough.,

• Training and development of the team, ensuring all training is completed in a timely manner
• Showround of the club for membership enquiries
• Data entry for all membership sales/ enquiries
• Booking of appointments for membership sales
• Operational day to day tasks to keep the Leisure Club running for example; pool tests, towel runs, cleaning and checking the facilities are in good working order
• Upselling of retail items
• Support the Leisure Club Manager to achieve specific results and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
  
  A team-player with experience of working in a leisure environment, that is able to effectively lead and motivate the team.
• Organisational prowess, capable of coordinating and overseeing various leisure activities, tasks and able to meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, proactive, problem solving abilities
• Adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the business.
