Your key responsibilities will be planning and delivering lessons, marking work and providing constructive feedback, managing behaviour, monitoring student attendance and any other duties, including admin, relating to the role., We believe learning is not just for our students: it's an important part of working here too. Ideally, you'll have an English degree (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in teaching. It's important that you're able to communicate with and engage with young people. You must also demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
