The BSc in Clinical Pharmacology is an innovative undergraduate science degree that aims to produce graduates ready for work or further study in drug development and research. Input from industry professionals into our programme is highly valued and ensures that programme content really reflects the needs of graduates entering the industry. You will bring personal experience of drug development to enrich the design and delivery of the programme and help develop the next generation of industrial clinical pharmacologists

You will provide industry insight into design of the drug development theme across the programme, contribute expert teaching, support the programme team and students in identifying industry placements where possible and advise educators and researchers elsewhere in the university on aspects of clinical trials and drug development.

You will have recent commercial experience in, and up to date knowledge of, drug development and/or discovery and the latest advances in clinical pharmacology. This is a part time post (0.3 WTE). You will have experience of working in a Pharmaceutical setting and would also suit someone interested in adding experience in higher education to a career portfolio.
