Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable lecturer to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning to 16-18-year-old learners. The role involves delivering WJEC Level 3 Criminology, along with some elements of Level 2 Criminology, Law and Psychology depending on experience. You will create engaging, well-structured lessons that support learners in developing strong analytical and applied skills.
You will take on Course Leader responsibility for the Level 3 Criminology programme, overseeing curriculum planning, assessment, learner progress and overall programme quality. The role requires someone who can motivate learners, maintain high expectations and contribute to the continued development of the curriculum area.
Experience of teaching within a Further Education college environment is essential, and familiarity with the WJEC awarding body is preferable. We are looking for someone with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence and curiosity in learners.
