Our children are looking for a caring, patient and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and busy primary school.
You will be working a varied timetable, supporting pupils in class and an individual child, helping them to engage in learning, communicate with others and have a great time!
We are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our children and need someone who is equally passionate, kind, creative and with a positive 'can-do' attitude. The post would suit someone who understands how to support the learning, behavioural, and social needs of young children or someone with a strong commitment to develop these skills.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are warm, caring, patient and place the needs of the children first.
- Are self-motivated.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Are committed and passionate about learning - for children and for themselves.
- Have high expectations of behaviour as well as achievement.
- Are flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.
