As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be at the heart of our school community, supporting both teachers and pupils to help every child reach their full potential.   • Work closely with individual pupils and small groups on exciting educational activities.
  • Support teachers in developing and delivering tailored learning programmes.
  • Encourage positive relationships, self-esteem, and social development.
  • Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and preparation of learning materials.
  • Join our pupils on educational visits and occasional transport to enhance their learning experience.
  • Contribute to pupil progress reports and share insights at staff meetings.

    English & Maths GCSE or equivalent.
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • A dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Someone who loves working with children and helping them thrive.
  • A team player ready to support teachers and embrace new challenges.

    Crookhey Hall School is a specialist SEMH school for boys and girls aged 10-17, set on a 15-acre countryside campus near Lancaster.
