About this Role

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and innovative leader of Physics. Applicants must be able to teach at all Key Stages and to all abilities and be an outstanding classroom practitioner. The appointed candidate will lead, manage and develop the department, and boost student achievement and progress through a creative and challenging curriculum. This post would suit a talented emerging leader wanting to develop their career through excellent professional development and other structured opportunities.

The successful candidate will join a science department which consists of a team of subject specialists. The Science department is a supportive and dedicated team, with high aspirations for all students.

The Windsor Boys' School teaches students from years 9-13 and has a history of strong results at GCSE and A level. We have a national reputation for sport, music and the creative arts, and uniquely are a centre of excellence for rowing. Our current Ofsted rating is good with an outstanding sixth form.
