Full Job Description
This is a replacement position, covering both Highbury and Garden Suburb practices (both single-vet sites). You will:
- Act as the Lead Nurse across both sites
- Provide line management to 2 PCAs (one at each site)
- Work closely with the Lead Vet at each practice
- Report into and be supported by the Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) This role offers genuine autonomy, with involvement in:
- Practice performance
- Day-to-day operations
- Supporting business growth and development Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supporting vets with consultations and procedures
- Managing and monitoring day patients
- Running nurse consults
- Supporting PCAs with daily operational tasks
- Contributing to the smooth running of both practices
- Working alongside the CNM and leadership team on performance and improvements
Qualified RVN - 3+ years' post-qualification experience
- Confident working in a sole charge environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
