Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a continually developing service, that offers therapeutic approaches underpinned by DBT, CBT and other psychological approaches. The service offers treatment pathways to address, mood stabilisation, anxiety, relationship management, emotional regulation, personality difficulties and trauma. Specifically working with men who may self-harm, have attempted suicide, and/or experience high levels of anxiety or trauma/PTSD. The role includes having an active contribution in reducing self-harm, self destructive and violent behaviour, working closely with partner agencies The successful applicant will require excellent therapeutic skills, cultural competency and be able to be responsive and flexible in working within the busy prison environment. The role comes with a number of responsibilities including:

It is a lead therapist post , therefore , established experience in leading and managing a team as well as excellent clinical skills is essential .
