Would you like an opportunity to work in a special school for young people aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs, in a friendly and supportive environment committed to teamwork and joint curriculum planning? We are looking for Lead Learning Assistants who have:
- Experience of working with young people
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The enthusiasm and ability to motivate students and build on their successes
- A commitment to high expectations and meeting the needs of all learners
- Experience of working collaboratively within a team
- The ability to share your expertise, knowledge and understanding of student needs with parents
- A willingness to give 100%
