Lead Instructor - Barre & Pilates - Bayswater, London

We are looking for a Lead Reformer Pilates & Barre Instructor to own and lead all aspects of our Reformer Pilates offering. This is a highly visible role for a confident, charismatic instructor who will become a familiar face within the club, working closely with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer as an ambassador for our industry leading Group Exercise programme. This role plays a key part in the ongoing success of Reformer Pilates at Third Space, with involvement not only in teaching but also providing the best classes for our members, building and promoting our Reformer Pilates community. You'll contribute to the wider club and help shape how Pilates is experienced across the club. The role is employed, 32 hours per week, split into 20 hours of teaching predominantly Barre, mat and equipment Pilates classes (based in the Whiteley) and 12 hours of Group Exercise operational duties. There is also the opportunity to teach across additional concepts alongside this role. You'll bring inspiration, enthusiasm and showmanship to your classes, while balancing this with exceptional attention to detail, preparation and precision to deliver a consistently outstanding member experience. What You'll Deliver
