KIMS Hospital is seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Health Advisor to join our team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre. In this vital role, you will provide leadership to the BUPA Health Advisor team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality health assessments and an excellent service for every patient.,

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the Health Advisor team to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Managing rotas, stock, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducting clinical audits and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
• Carrying out health assessments in line with policies and protocols.
• Explaining results clearly, helping patients understand their health risks and next steps.
• Providing lifestyle advice and coaching on areas such as nutrition, activity, sleep, and stress management.
• Supporting patients with goal setting to improve long-term health and wellbeing.
