They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the kitchen and food preparation areas. Kitchen Porters assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean, stocked, and ready for service. This role is essential for maintaining food safety standards and supporting efficient kitchen operations.
