If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!, As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the catering function in food preparation and maintaining a clean environment for the safe production of beverages and meals. Other responsibilities include understanding safe food handling principles, contributing to team efforts, advising on supply and quality of items, and respecting residents dignity. The role requires high personal hygiene standards and knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments. The candidate should exhibit a caring attitude towards residents and demonstrate initiative and flexibility in team working.
