Full Job Description

Managing and developing a portfolio of up to 8 Discount/Retail accounts, delivering sales and margin targets
Building strong relationships with Buying, Commercial and Supply Chain contacts
Acting as the day-to-day contact for operational and commercial queries
Supporting delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional activity
Building and maintaining accurate forecasts for volume and value performance
Analysing sales data, EPOS and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
Tracking promotional performance and influencing future activity
Supporting pricing, promotional planning and new product launches
Processing and reconciling invoices, rebates and promotional investments
Identifying distribution gaps and new product opportunities
Maintaining accurate customer records, pricing files and promotional calendars
Preparing reports, presentations and customer insights
Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams

What we are looking for in our ideal Key Account Executive

Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in forecasting, sales planning and data analysis
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team-focused, self-motivated individual who is adaptable to change, Experience within FMCG, wholesale, discount or retail environments preferred
Previous experience in account management, sales support or commercial roles (e.g. Key Account Executive, Commercial Assistant, Sales Executive)
