Full Job Description
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated chef ready to take the next step, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef while maintaining high standards across the kitchen.,
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Running sections confidently during service
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and development
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Contributing to prep planning and service flow
Strong knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine- Previous experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef
- Excellent knife skills and product understanding
- Calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential with a positive, professional attitude
